The Hawaiʻi Office of Recovery and Resiliency (HI-ORR) drives strategic, coordinated recovery efforts that strengthen our state’s ability to bounce back stronger after disaster. Grounded in collaboration and guided by respect for Hawaiʻi’s people, culture, and ʻāina, we lead initiatives that restore livelihoods, revitalize communities, restore not only what was lost from a disaster, but to rebuild stronger—revitalizing economic prosperity, restoring quality of life to build resilience for future generations.
